Tech Recruiter – Thailand

Location: Thailand \| Type: Full-time \| Level: Specialist

The Role

We’re looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our growing Thailand team and connect top technology talent with international clients.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to placement
• Source candidates through Eurostaffs, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Screen and interview tech professionals
• Manage multiple vacancies and build strong candidate pipelines
• Build relationships with candidates and clients
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets
• Keep candidate records updated in our ATS/CRM

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech or agency recruitment
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Experience recruiting roles such as Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Product
• Strong English communication skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
