Recruiter (Retail)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for store-level and corporate positions across multiple retail brands.
• Handle high-volume hiring for Sales Associates, Beauty Advisors, Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and other retail positions.
• Source candidates through Eurostaffs, job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and joining formalities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified retail and FMCG candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Support recruitment drives and bulk hiring campaigns when required.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of recruitment experience in UAE, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
• Strong hands-on experience in store-level/high-volume recruitment.
• Experience hiring for retail positions such as Sales Associates, Beauty Advisors, Store Managers, and Supervisors.
• Good knowledge of UAE recruitment practices and candidate sourcing channels.
• Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
