We are seeking an engaging and outgoing Receptionist to work part time and become an integral part of our team in our Auckland Studio.

The position is part-time, with flexible hours of up to 30 hours per week. Ideal hours would be 9am – 3pm, Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for:

  • Beng the principal point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, trade representatives and members of the general public.
  • Working closely with the Studio Manager to provide administration support.
  • Managing hospitality arrangements for the studio, including catering orders.
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are tidy.
  • Ensuring a seamless and quality customer experience for guests and internal staff as an integral part of the Front of House team.

What experience/skills you will have:

  • Front of house / hospitality experience preferred
  • 2+ years administration experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
  • High level of communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Initiative and ability to work proactively
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Be friendly, confident, inclusive and adapt well to different personalities
  • An interest in architecture and sustainability would be advantageous
