About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Videographer / Content Creator to come on board as an ongoing contractor, producing property media across New South Wales.

This is consistent, recurring contract work — not a one-off. We have a steady pipeline of listings and agent content, and we’re looking for someone reliable we can build a long-term working relationship with. The right person will have regular, predictable shoots to expect week to week, with strong potential to grow quickly into higher volume, a retainer arrangement, or expanded scope as we scale in the NSW market.

The work is a mix of:

• Real estate listing photography
• Landscape listing videos
• Vertical property videos for social
• Social media content featuring agents and real estate clients

We want someone genuinely experienced in this space and confident producing professional real estate content to a strong standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Capturing high-quality real estate listing photos
• Filming professional landscape listing videos for property campaigns
• Filming vertical videos for social media and property marketing
• Working with agents and clients on camera — prompting and directing where needed
• Positioning talent effectively within the property for the best visual result
• Following structured shot lists, filming workflows, and content briefs
• Uploading, organising, and delivering footage correctly after each shoot
• Maintaining consistency, efficiency, and quality across every project
• Representing the business professionally while on-site with clients

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in real estate videography, photography, and content creation
• Strong understanding of property presentation, framing, lighting, and camera movement
• Experience creating both listing content and social content for real estate
• Confidence directing and prompting agents or clients on camera
• Ability to work independently while following clear systems and briefs
• High attention to detail and consistency
• Reliable, organised, and professional in client-facing situations
• Own equipment (preferred)
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)
• Current ABN, or willing to obtain one (this is a contractor role)

We need someone who can step into that system confidently, work efficiently, and consistently deliver high-quality content.
