Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met.

Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing property transactions, and staying updated on real estate market trends. The role requires strong leadership and a proactive approach to drive sales success.

We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven professional who brings:

• Strong experience in the UAE real estate brokerage industry
• Proven expertise in the off-plan property market
• Strong knowledge of developers, projects, payment plans, and market trends
• Excellent negotiation, client relationship, and closing skills
• The ability to drive targets, conversions, and business growth
• A performance-oriented mindset with a passion for winning

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
