Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties
• Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants
• Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements
• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote listings through various channels including social media and traditional advertising
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends
• Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and other legal documents with clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, appraisers, and other professionals involved in transactions
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client databases, and tracking transaction progress

Experience

• Prior experience in real estate sales or related administrative roles is preferred
• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for effective client interactions
• Knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and local market conditions is highly desirable
• Experience in marketing properties through digital platforms and traditional methods is advantageous
• Customer service experience that demonstrates professionalism and responsiveness
• Organizational skills necessary to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse communities effectively

Pay: $104,820.27 - $350,000.00 per year
