What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Coordination: Coordinate and liaise with Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, and Architects to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Measurement: Prepare quantity take-offs, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
  • Valuation: Monitor site valuations and manage subcontractor awards and cost control.
  • Cost Database: Maintain and update cost databases, including materials and supplier sourcing.
  • Contract Admin: Handle pre-contract and post-contract activities, including contract administration.
  • Tendering: Assist in tender preparation, pricing analysis, and submission of tender documents.

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Glodon Software is a must.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with a proactive and responsible attitude.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
