About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our National Quality Team in support of our 10 manufacturing sites across the country. You will take responsibility for being the quality lead across complaints once investigated as well as compliance with the head office standards set by consumers and GSFI's.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review consumer complaints alongside Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales & Marketing, quickly escalating trends and insights
  • Undertake regular trend analysis on complaints and ensure action plans are in place
  • Work with the Quality Manager of each site to coordinate a business wide Quality and Food Safety culture
  • Schedule approved PIF reviews & act as the business's Trading Standards / Weight Management specialist
  • Complete internal audits, consumer questionnaires and portals; as well as provide coordination and administration support to the wider National Quality team

About You

In order to make this role a success we are looking for an enthusiastic Quality professional that has some experience in the FMCG industry, but eager to build a career with a nation-wide food manufacturer and supplier.

Some of the skills and experience we're looking for include:

  • A degree in Food Technology / Science partnered with practical Quality experience
  • Food Safety and/or quality qualifications (HACCP, TACCP&VACCP) would be useful. Auditing qualification would be highly desirable
  • Understanding of Food Safety & Quality principles; and an understanding of GFSI standards including BRC and FSSC22000
  • Extremely strong written communication ability for answering customer queries/enquiries
  • A familiarization with AI tools would be beneficial, but not essential
