The role requires a quality-focused professional with experience in Quality Management Systems, internal auditing, process improvement, and metrology, with responsibility for supporting the Quality Manager and wider organization in maintaining effective quality and management-system standards. The Quality Advisor will coordinate quality documentation, internal audits, calibration activities, measurement system controls, and process-compliance initiatives across the plant. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, collaborate across functions, and drive continuous improvement in line with company, regulatory, and ISO requirements.

YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT

  • Support the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System and Integrated Management System.
  • Manage quality documentation, records, procedures, and compliance-related information across the plant.
  • Participate in internal audits, identify nonconformities, and support corrective and continuous improvement actions.
  • Coordinate metrology and calibration activities for gauges and measuring instruments, including records, verification, and technical documentation.
  • Support MSA, measurement accuracy, equipment capability, and proper use of measuring devices.
  • Provide technical guidance on quality and metrology requirements and support the selection and use of measuring equipment.
  • Collaborate with Production and other functions to strengthen process control, inspection, compliance, and continuous improvement across the Pneumatic Tire Division.

YOUR ELIGIBILITY

  • Diploma, HND/NDT, or Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Alternatively, at least 5 years of relevant Quality Management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Practical knowledge of QMS, EMS, OH\&SMS, internal auditing, compliance, and management-system improvement.
  • Ability to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support corrective and continuous-improvement actions.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and quality documentation systems, with strong attention to accuracy and record management.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Technical background in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field, with exposure to calibration, measuring instruments, and metrology activities.
  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and demonstrate a proactive, flexible, and results-oriented approach.

ESSENTIAL KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Quality Management Systems: Sound knowledge of QMS, EMS, OH\&SMS, ISO-related requirements, and integrated management-system compliance.
  • Audit \& Process Improvement: Practical experience in internal auditing, process analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
  • Metrology \& Calibration: Strong understanding of calibration, measuring instruments, measurement accuracy, MSA, and metrology controls.
  • Documentation \& Systems: Good capability in quality documentation, record management, technical procedures, and MS Office applications.
  • Professional Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, communication, decision-making, cross functional collaboration, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
