Key Skills and Competencies:
Responsible for QMS \& Compliance (MR) of ISO Standards (ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTIBILITIES
1. Quality Management
- Support implementation and maintenance of QMS in accordance with applicable ISO standards
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality procedures and specifications.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Prepare audit reports, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
- Handle NCRs, CAPA, and quality documentation.
- Ensure proper document control and record retention.
2. Safety \& Health
- Assist in ensuring compliance with Malaysian OSHA/DOSH requirements and company safety policies.
- Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Coordinate safety training, toolbox briefings, and emergency response activities.
- Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices.
3. Environmental Management
- Support implementation of EMS requirements under ISO 14001.
- Monitor scheduled waste handling and environmental compliance.
- Coordinate environmental inspections and reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with CEPSWaM and environmental regulations where applicable.
4. General / Continuous Improvement
- Maintain QSHE KPIs and monthly reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Lean, and Kaizen activities.
- Liaise with government authorities, customers, and certification bodies when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree or above in any related courses.
- Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in QSHE, QA/QC, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in precision manufacturing, machining, semiconductor, electronics, or metal fabrication industry is preferred.
- Knowledge in ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, \& ISO45001:2018
- Good knowledge of ISO management systems and audit processes.
- Familiar with Malaysian OSHA/DOSH and environmental regulations.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid Internal Auditor qualification/certification for applicable ISO standards is required.
- Candidates with valid OSHA/DOSH and CEPSWaM certifications will have an added advantage.
- Green Book or related competency certifications are an advantage.
