QS Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced QS Engineer to join our construction team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, subcontractor billing, client invoicing, variation claims, and project cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Handle client billing and subcontractor payment certifications.
• Prepare variation orders, claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams.
• Review contract documents and ensure compliance.
• Prepare cost reports and project progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience as a QS Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost control.
• Experience in handling client and subcontractor billing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
