Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience
  • 2 to 5 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Preparation of purchase orders as per requirements.
  • To assess market and find out the best sources for each material.
  • To collect quotations & samples from suppliers and shops.
  • Rate chart updating & preparation of CS.
  • Negotiation with the vendors to obtain the best rate & service
  • Market monitoring & material rate survey are to be done from time to time.
  • Check the delivery status and ensure the timely delivery of materials.
  • Prepare the bill & send it to the accounts for approval.
  • To ensure Vendor payment and manage Vendor relationships.
