Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
Experience
  • 5 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Trading or Export/Import
Additional Requirements
  • Age 30 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with Chinese suppliers to obtain the best pricing and quality.
  • Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify reliable vendors and alternative sources.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order placement based on inventory and production requirements.
  • Monitor and track order status, delivery schedules, and lead times.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance, production) to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Perform quality checks and follow up on defective or unsatisfactory goods.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, import/export regulations, and price fluctuations.
