P&S Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination and execution of Plumbing \& Sanitary (P\&S) works for new build projects.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project schedule and specifications.
• Coordinate with Main Contractors, Consultants, Clients and subcontractors on project matters.
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works.
• Prepare method statements, work schedules, material submissions and technical documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries, manpower and site resources.
• Attend site meetings and technical coordination meetings.
• Ensure all P\&S installations comply with PUB, BCA and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
• Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company safety procedures.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Plumbing \& Sanitary works.
• Experience in new build projects such as HDB, Condominium and Commercial developments is preferred.
• Able to read and interpret construction and M\&E drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced construction environment.
