• Maintain detailed records of viewings, client feedback, and follow-up actions to support sales processes
• Communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages if applicable, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process
• Organize viewing schedules to optimize time management and maximize client engagement opportunities
• Assist with administrative tasks related to property listings, including updating records and preparing documentation

Experience

• Previous administrative experience is preferred to manage scheduling and record-keeping efficiently
