Location: Newport
Salary: Starting from minimum wage + commission/bonus opportunities
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6:30pm \| Saturday, 9am–4pm
Weekend: Every other Saturday, with a day off during the week
Bank Holidays: Open on a rota basis

Crook \& Blight is a family-run estate agency providing a personal, professional and local service to our clients.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and personable Property Sales \& Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Newport.

This is a varied, people-focused role for someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting clients, conducting property viewings, chasing leads and generating new business, rather than being behind a desk all day.

The Role

No two days will be the same. You’ll work both in the office and out on the road, helping clients throughout their property journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property viewings
• Following up new and existing leads by phone, email and in person
• Generating new leads and identifying new business opportunities
• Responding to enquiries quickly and professionally
• Registering and qualifying applicants
• Matching buyers and tenants with suitable properties
• Keeping in regular contact with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants
• Promoting Crook \& Blight and helping to generate new business
• Working as part of a close-knit, family-run team

• Confident conducting property viewings

• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

Previous estate agency experience is desirable but not essential. We are happy to consider someone with the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn.

A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role.
