Provide prompt and professional support to tenants with queries related to maintenance, parking, contracts, cheques, and other property services
Respond to tenant and property owner queries regarding parking, maintenance, renewals, and other issues, ensuring timely and professional communication
Follow up on Ejari issuance, DEWA connections, and chiller connections
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers on behalf of the Property Manager
Generate Rental Index results and draft renewal notices within 100 days of lease expiry, completing the full renewal process within 30 days of expiry
Assist in the preparation and review of lease agreements and all relevant documentation
Maintain accurate records of property details, tenant information, lease agreements, and renewals across all trackers
Enter new properties into the CRM and reconcile CRM data with contract details, master sheets, and payment records
Receive, record, and track maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up
Prepare checklists for property inspections, move-ins, and move-outs to ensure compliance with company standards
Prepare weekly reports on the property portfolio for the Property Manager
Assist the Property Manager with any additional administrative tasks required for smooth property operations
Requirements
Experience in an administrative role, ideally within property management or real estate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with property management software, preferably Yardi
Previous experience handling tenant enquiries and property documentation
