We are looking for an experienced Property and Facilities Manager to lead the strategic, operational, and financial management of Ember's diverse property and accommodation portfolio.
This is a key leadership role reporting to the CFO, offering the opportunity to shape property strategy, optimise assets, and ensure our property portfolio supports the delivery of vital community services.

As Property and Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, office, retail, and service delivery properties.
You'll work closely with senior leaders to develop and deliver property strategies, manage property performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong relationships with landlords, suppliers, and stakeholders. You'll also provide leadership to tenancy and housing coordination functions across the organisation.
