Title : Project Specialist (Senior Warehouse Operator)

Location : Incheon (인천광역시 중구 자유무역로 228 공항물류단지 O6 블록, KLC2 )

✅Purpose of the Position

휴대폰 및 기타 전자기기의 운영 프로젝트와 Time Study를 주도하여 생산성과 운영 효율을 향상시키고, 신규 제품 도입(NPI)을 지원한다. 프로젝트 진행 현황과 개선 활동을 관리한다.

✅Key Responsibilities

• 운영 프로젝트 및 프로세스 개선 활동을 주도하여 운영 효율과 생산성을 향상시킨다.
• Time Study 및 운영 분석을 수행하여 생산성 향상 및 개선 과제를 도출한다.
• 신규 제품 도입(NPI)과 관련된 운영 준비, 프로세스 구축, 인력 및 자원 계획을 지원한다.
• 프로젝트 진행 현황, 생산성 및 자원 운영을 관리하고 유관 부서와 협업한다.
• 인력 운영 및 프로세스 효율 향상을 위한 개선 활동을 추진한다.

✅Key Tasks

1. 프로젝트 관리

✔ 운영 프로젝트를 계획하고 실행하여 목표를 달성한다.

✔ 프로젝트 일정 및 진행 상황을 관리하고 유관 부서와 협업한다.

✔ 운영 개선 및 프로세스 최적화 활동을 추진한다.

2. Time Study 및 생산성 개선

✔ Time Study 및 운영 분석을 통해 개선 과제를 도출한다.

✔ 인력 운영, 작업 효율 및 생산성을 분석하고 개선한다.

✔ 운영 표준을 수립하고 업무 효율 향상을 위한 개선 활동을 추진한다.

3. NPI 지원 및 운영 준비

✔ 신규 제품 도입(NPI)을 위한 운영 준비, 인력 및 설비 계획을 지원한다.

✔ 프로세스 구축, 시범 운영(Pilot) 및 양산 전환을 지원한다.

✔ 운영 리스크를 분석하고 개선 방안을 수립한다.

✅Requirements

Language

• Business-level English

Education

• 대학교 졸업 (4년제) 이상

Experience

• 물류센터 운영, 물류 또는 공급망 관리 분야에서 8년 이상의 실무 경력 보유자
• 프로젝트 관리 및 운영 개선 경험 보유자 우대
• 물류, 공급망 또는 관련 분야 경험자 우대

Competencies

• 프로젝트 수행 및 유관 부서와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 분석적 사고 및 문제 해결 능력
• MS Office 활용 능력
• WMS/ERP 시스템 활용 가능자
• 데이터 분석 및 문서 작성 능력
