## About the Role

Eng Chin Hang Tiling Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Sales \& Coordinator to drive business growth and manage project coordination activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong interior design knowledge, an established industry network, and the ability to manage projects from sales acquisition through completion.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain relationships with interior designers, contractors, developers, and homeowners.

* Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

* Prepare quotations, proposals, and project cost estimates.

* Coordinate project schedules, site activities, and customer requirements.

* Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

* Conduct site visits, measurements, and project progress monitoring.

* Resolve project issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Identify opportunities for additional sales and business development.

## Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales, project coordination, interior design, renovation, or construction industries.

* Strong network within Singapore's interior design and renovation industry.

* Good knowledge of tiling, stone, renovation, and interior fit-out works.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

* Self-motivated and results-oriented.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Local and foreign candidates are welcome to apply.

* Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
