Project Manager – Water, Telecom, Instrumentation \& Control
Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage industrial project delivery in accordance with approved scope, budget, schedule, and contractual requirements.
- Lead and coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning activities.
- Coordinate discipline and package engineers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage project interfaces across water/process, telecom, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Lead client meetings, progress reviews, and project reporting.
- Monitor project costs, resources, schedules, risks, and overall performance.
- Manage contract requirements, variations, and change notifications.
- Develop and implement recovery actions when required to maintain project progress.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning teams.
- Ensure implementation of project quality and HSE requirements.
- Lead testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in industrial projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong experience in multidisciplinary EPC project delivery.
- Proven experience delivering water/process or automation packages through commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes.
- Experience in contract administration, cost control, resource management, and project scheduling.
- Strong client management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary technical interfaces.
- Strong English technical and management reporting skills.
- PMP certification is preferred.
