Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership \& Delivery
- Take full responsibility for delivering landscaping, swimming pool, and water feature projects from start to finish.
- Ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, timelines, budget, and quality expectations.
- Oversee all phases including mobilization, execution, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Make sure the project runs smoothly by coordinating all teams and resolving issues as they arise.
Planning \& Coordination
- Develop and manage project schedules, work programs, and resource planning.
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure proper communication between site, design, procurement, and technical teams.
- Conduct regular meetings to track progress, resolve challenges, and align all stakeholders.
Site \& Team Management
- Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is progressing as planned.
- Ensure manpower, materials, and equipment are properly planned and efficiently used.
- Take quick decisions on-site to solve issues and avoid delays.
Technical Oversight
- Review drawings, material submittals, BOQs, and method statements before execution.
- Ensure all works comply with approved designs, specifications, and UAE authority requirements.
- Provide technical direction and support for complex site issues.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, MEP, irrigation, and landscaping works.
Swimming Pool \& Water Feature Works
- Oversee execution of swimming pools, pump rooms, filtration systems, fountains, waterfalls, and related works.
- Ensure correct installation of pumps, piping, electrical connections, lighting, and control systems.
- Manage testing, commissioning, and performance checks before final handover.
Landscaping \& Civil Works
- Supervise execution of hardscape and softscape works including paving, kerbstones, planting, turfing, and landscape structures.
- Monitor excavation, grading, drainage, and site preparation activities.
- Ensure all works are completed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Cost Control \& Commercial Management
- Monitor project budget, costs, variations, and overall financial performance.
- Work closely with procurement and commercial teams to control expenses.
- Review subcontractor claims, progress, and payment certifications.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without affecting quality or delivery.
Quality, Safety \& Compliance
- Ensure strict compliance with company quality standards, HSE policies, and UAE regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper workmanship.
- Take corrective actions whenever work does not meet required standards.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.
Reporting \& Documentation
- Provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
- Track project risks, delays, and key issues with clear action plans.
- Maintain all project documentation including approvals, inspections, and correspondence.
- Ensure smooth handover with complete as-built drawings and project records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 8–12 years of UAE experience in landscaping, swimming pools, water features, or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil works, irrigation systems, MEP coordination, and landscape execution.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of UAE authority regulations and construction standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is an advantage.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
