Te āheinga \| The Opportunity
As the Project Manager – New Business for Linfox in New Zealand, you will play a pivotal role in our growth agenda. Working as 2IC to the National Business Development Manager, you will lead the tender and RFP responses that win new business – partnering closely with our Business Development, Commercial and Operations teams to turn complex customer requirements into compelling, winning proposals across warehousing and transport.
Operating cross-functionally, this role is the operational engine of our New Zealand business development function. You will own the analytical and administrative heavy-lifting of the bid process, bring structure and discipline to the pipeline, and free up the National Manager to focus on customers and growth. It is also a genuine succession pathway into the National Business Development Manager role over time.
