DAS BEREITET IHNEN FREUDE:: * Independent management of technically challenging projects from planning through to successful implementation and follow-up * Ensuring safety, quality, deadlines, and cost control throughout all project phases * Providing on-site technical consulting to clients and maintaining continuous, transparent communication * Planning, managing, and monitoring resources (staff, equipment, service providers) * Coordinating cross-functional teams and technical execution at various locations * Ongoing monitoring of project progress and active participation in process and workflow optimization

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:: * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or certification as a technician/master craftsman * Ideally, experience in project management * Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and project management tools) * Excellent communication skills in German and English * Strong customer focus * Project-related travel to various locations (approx. 70%) * Hands-on approach with a solution-oriented, technical mindset * Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and initiative
