As the General Manager, you will act as the driving force behind the project, holding full cross-functional ownership. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Operations \& Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive short- and long-term business strategies, operational workflows, and milestone roadmaps.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high efficiency, smooth cross-departmental coordination, and adherence to company goals.
- Marketing \& Growth:
- Oversee the end-to-end marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer acquisition campaigns tailored for the B2B landscape.
- Drive growth initiatives, scale user adoption, and maximize market penetration for the platform.
- Talent Acquisition \& Team Leadership:
- Lead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of high-performing talent across various departments (marketing, operations, sales, and customer success).
- Mentor, guide, and evaluate team performance to build a culture of accountability, innovation, and success.
- Business Development \& Partnerships:
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships, supplier relations, and key stakeholder connections to strengthen the platform's ecosystem.
Requirements \& Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of proven leadership experience in general management, startup scaling, e-commerce, or B2B digital platforms.
- Holistic Skill Set: A rare hybrid of strong operational discipline, strategic marketing acumen, and a proven track record in talent management.
- Leadership \& Mindset: Exceptional decision-making skills, problem-solving capabilities under pressure, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
