Position Overview
Euro Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Façade to lead the execution and delivery of façade, curtain wall, aluminum, glazing, and architectural envelope projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and project management expertise with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale façade construction projects in the UAE or GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage façade, curtain wall, aluminum, glazing, cladding, and building envelope projects from award to final handover.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, variations, and cost control measures.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate procurement activities and material delivery schedules.
- Review technical drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project requirements, and quality management procedures.
- Manage project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
- Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience in Façade Construction and Project Management within the UAE or GCC.
- Proven experience managing large-scale façade, aluminum, glazing, and curtain wall projects.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification is preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
