Drive Digital Transformation and AI Adoption

As a Project Manager AI Business Solutions, you will lead the identification, prioritization, and implementation of AI-driven and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. Acting as the interface between business functions and technology, you will analyze processes, identify optimization opportunities, and develop scalable solutions that create measurable business value.

This role combines project management expertise, business process understanding, analytical capabilities, and a strong interest in AI and digital technologies.

Job Requirements

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities across business functions
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability
• Translate business requirements into structured project plans, solution concepts, and implementation roadmaps
• Lead AI and digital transformation projects from concept through deployment and adoption
• Coordinate pilots, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and minimum viable product (MVP) initiatives
• Monitor project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Gather, analyze, and present business and project data to support effective decision-making
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and IT teams
• Manage relationships with external vendors, technology partners, and regional or global stakeholders
• Support change management and user adoption to ensure sustainable implementation success
• Track business impact through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the development of standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks for scaling AI solutions What your background should look like

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Several years of experience in project management, digital transformation, process improvement, business excellence, or a comparable field
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Good understanding of business processes within industrial, manufacturing, or technical environments
• Strong affinity for AI, automation, data analytics, and digital technologies
• Experience with analytics, reporting, workflow, or business intelligence tools is an advantage
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities
• Fluent English skills; German language skills are highly desirable Competencies
