Project Managment Assistant (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Assistant to support the delivery of training, consultancy, and AI-related projects. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding business needs, coordinating project activities, and supporting programme execution.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working with people, can understand client requirements, and is able to translate discussions into clear documentation and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Assist in gathering information through meetings and discussions.
  • Prepare meeting notes, project documentation, and follow-up action items.
  • Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and project trackers.
  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and programme activities.
  • Support training, workshops, and consultancy engagements.
  • Perform administrative and operational duties related to programme execution.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good listening skills with the ability to understand client requirements.
  • Professional and confident in speaking.
  • Strong written communication and documentation abilities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Comfortable preparing reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
  • Familiarity with AI / technology is an advantage but not required.

Preferred Candidates

  • Polytechnic or University students from Business, IT, AI, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Individuals interested in consulting, project management, business analysis, or AI transformation projects.

Working Arrangement

  • Part-time / Flexible hours
  • Hourly Rate: SGD $18–25 per hour (depending on experience)
