Project Engineer

Seven Colours is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Engineer to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise 3–4 projects/sites simultaneously, ensuring completion within schedule and budget.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of MEP, HVAC, and Civil works.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and submit tenders, cost estimates, quotations, and technical proposals.
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project reports, material submittals, method statements, and related documentation.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the GCC.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in MEP, HVAC, and Civil construction works.
• Proven ability to independently handle multiple sites/projects simultaneously.
• Experience in preparing tenders, BOQs, quotations, cost estimations, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
