About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Coordinator/Administrator to provide high-level administrative and programme coordination support to the Office of the Group Director of Operations. This role plays a key part in enabling effective programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and organisational compliance.

You will also provide dedicated administrative support to the Director of Clinical Training and the Quality and Governance Office, ensuring the efficient coordination and delivery of key initiatives, projects, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of strategic programmes and projects.
  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Group Director of Operations Executive Assistant, assisting with workflow management, communications, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Clinical Training and the Prevocational Medical Education Fellow, including coordinating medical education programmes, meetings, events, and related administrative processes.
  • Support organisational compliance by ensuring adherence to policies, employment legislation, and health and safety requirements.
  • Manage office supplies and departmental resources, including monitoring stock levels and ordering stationery, kitchen supplies, and other consumables.

About You

You will bring at least 3 to 4 years experience in a senior administration or project coordination role, ideally within a large and complex organisation. You will have experience supporting projects with excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.

You will be confident preparing documentation and reports, managing competing priorities, and working to tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
