Project Coordinator cum Site Safety Supervisor

Job Scope

· Monitor and supervise the execution and coordination of site activities

· Prepare \& update daily site work records and site diary

· Manage and oversee day-to-day operational aspects of the construction site

· To record and control material usage or transfer at the site

· To record and maintain an accurate record of construction worker attendance

· To record and monitor machineries and material wastage on site

· To record and monitor consumables on site

· Carry out site work inspection with stakeholder representatives to ensure quality work on the site

· To maintain and implement housekeeping and safety practices for workers and visitors

· Responsible for coordinating and proactive supervision on site including site progress, sub-contractor’s performance and site organization

· Supervise and check the site work according to drawing, specification and schedule

. Undertake any tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

· Certificate or diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

· At least 1 year of working experience in the construction field

· Supervisory skill

· Able to take handle pressure for on-site \& worker matters

· Diligent and keen to complete daily targets and goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

• Construction estimating: 3 years (Required)
• Supervising worker: 2 years (Required)
