About the Role:

As a Project Administrator, you will be at the heart of this exciting project, ensuring seamless administration, documentation, and communication. You'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with client requirements and project specifications.
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation, coordinating approvals, and supporting project teams.
• Managing correspondence and communication between stakeholders.
• Tracking project progress, milestones, and expenditures to ensure we stay on schedule and within budget.
• Supporting procurement activities and contract compliance.
• Providing essential administrative support, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements.

Commencement Date: Immediately or by negotiation

Contract Type: Permanent Full Time

About You:

• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Highly Desirable:

• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Proactive and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
