+ **Develop Project Plans**: Create detailed project plans outlining scope, schedule, and budget.
+ **Resource Allocation**: Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.### **Execution and Monitoring**


+ **Track Progress**: Monitor project performance against the baseline, identifying and addressing gaps.
+ **Risk Management**: Proactively assess and mitigate risks.### **Communication**


+ **Stakeholder Communication**: Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders, including management and customers.
+ **Team Coordination**: Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.### **Problem\-Solving**


+ **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve issues that arise during product development, testing, and qualification.
+ **Continuous Improvement**: Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.### **Documentation and Reporting**


+ **Maintain Documentation**: Keep comprehensive records of project activities and decisions.
+ **Regular Reporting**: Provide regular progress reports and presentations to stakeholders.### **Compliance and Quality Assurance**

+ **Quality Control**: Oversee quality assurance processes to meet project specifications.

Qualifications:

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s Degree: Often in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Advanced Degrees: A Master's degree or MBA can be advantageous.

Experience

• Project Management: At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the semiconductor industry is highly preferred.

Skills and Abilities

• Project Management Methodologies: Proficiency in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Critical Chain Project Management.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including wafer fabrication, assembly, and testing.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues that arise during product development
