Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching in Finance, Operations Management, and related subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Lead curriculum design and academic quality assurance for relevant programmes.
• Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and postgraduate theses.
• Conduct and publish high-quality research in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
• Secure external research funding and lead collaborative research initiatives.
• Mentor junior faculty and contribute to academic staff development.
• Contribute to strategic planning, programme development, and accreditation processes (e.g., MQA, AACSB).
• Foster academic-industry linkages to support student employability and curriculum relevance.

Job Requirement

• PhD in Finance, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferable.
• Proven academic record with substantial publications in Scopus/WoS-indexed journals.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching, curriculum development, and student supervision.
• Prior experience at the rank of Professor or Associate Professor with strong academic leadership.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary research and engage with external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with business school accreditation standards (e.g., AACSB) is an added advantage.
