Professional Photographer/Videographer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Professional Photographer/Videographer to join our dynamic team. This role involves capturing high-quality images and videos for various projects, including marketing campaigns, social media content, events, and artistic productions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to tell compelling visual stories through photography and videography. Experience with post-production editing and art direction is essential to deliver polished and impactful content that aligns with brand standards and artistic vision.

Duties

• Capture professional-grade photographs and videos in diverse settings, including studio shoots, outdoor locations, and live events.
• Edit and retouch images using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other photo editing tools to enhance visual appeal.
• Manage color correction and color management techniques to ensure consistency across all visual content.
• Produce engaging video content utilizing Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other video editing software.
• Oversee post-production processes such as photo manipulation, video editing, sound design, and visual effects to create compelling final products.
• Collaborate with clients or art directors to understand project requirements and deliver tailored visual solutions.
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries for easy access and efficient workflow management.
• Manage social media platforms by creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging audiences through visually appealing media.
• Assist in art direction during photoshoots or filming sessions to ensure creative concepts are realized effectively.
• Stay updated on current trends in photography, videography, color theory, and social media to keep content fresh and relevant.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects; familiarity with Capture One is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of photo editing techniques such as photo manipulation and retouching.
• Expertise in videography including filming techniques, lighting setup, sound recording, and video production workflows.
• Solid understanding of color management principles and color theory for consistent visual output.
• Experience with art direction to guide creative projects from concept to completion.
• Ability to tell compelling stories through visual media that resonate with target audiences.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients or team members.
• Knowledge of social media management tools to optimize content distribution across platforms.
• A keen eye for detail combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
