Dayana Beauty Center is looking for a skilled, passionate, and experienced Hair Stylist / Hair Treatment Specialist to join our professional beauty team in Qatar. We are seeking a candidate with excellent hairstyling techniques, strong customer service skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality hair care and treatment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional haircuts, hair styling, blow-drying, and hair setting.
- Specialize in hair treatments, including keratin, protein, hair botox, deep conditioning, and damage repair.
- Provide professional hair coloring, highlights, root touch-ups, and other chemical hair services.
- Assess clients’ hair and scalp conditions and recommend suitable treatments.
- Understand different hair types, textures, and treatment requirements.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon safety.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and properly handle salon tools, equipment, and hair products.
- Stay updated with current hairstyling trends, techniques, and professional hair care products.
- Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the salon’s growth.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a Hair Stylist or Hair Treatment Specialist.
- Valid NOC is mandatory.
- Strong practical knowledge of hair treatments, styling, coloring, and hair care techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to understand clients’ needs and deliver professional results.
- Good personal presentation, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a busy salon environment and manage appointments efficiently.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Relevant professional training or certification is an advantage.
- Candidates currently residing in Qatar with relevant salon experience are preferred.
