Production Supervisor

Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Site Manager. Provides support to the Site Manager by coordinating with Functional Leads and subject matter experts to provide inputs and status on project assignments. Ensures that resources are assigned as required to meet operational and production goals. Working with USAFE GPMS Program Support Office and the Site staff, the Production Supervisor will establish realistic goals and objectives consistent with the USAFE GPMS Performance Work Statement (PWS). Ensures compliance with PWS requirements and Amentum Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

Principal Accountabilities

• Provide direct support to the Site Manager on actions necessary in meeting suspense’s.
• Organizes, prioritizes and summarizes the content of incoming materials and equipment.
• Provides inputs for Project Management Rough Orders of Magnitude and Contract change proposals.
• Reviews deliverables across the Site.
• Provides oversight of outload for exercises and contingencies.
• Ensures all required training is provided to site personnel to implement tasking.
• Coordinates and prepares products for the Site Manager on reports due to PSO such as annual and monthly CDRL’s.
• Maintains, and as appropriate, executes/coordinates functions during the absence of Site Manager, while keeping the individual abreast of daily activities.
• Prepares correspondence and reports as directed by the Site Manager.
• Provides expert technical advice for planning, programming, procurement, implementation, development, and fielding for new or modernized systems.
• Oversees Site Superintendents and SMEs in developing effective and efficient logistics and maintenance plans, ensuring compliance with DOD and USAF directives.
• Performs other duties as assigned and qualified.

Knowledge \& Skills

• Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise others required

. • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills as well as good decision-making skills.

• Demonstrated ability to meet goals while working independently under limited supervision required.
• Must be able to handle confidential information and exercise discretionary judgment.
• Must possess a valid home country driver’s license and ability to obtain host nation driver’s license.

Must be authorized to work in host country.

Experience \& Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management and/or related field preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
• Prior military experience in WRM/GPMS Program preferred.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment

• Works in normal office environment.
• Light to moderate lifting as required carried out in an office environment

. • Ability to work overtime as needed and sometimes outside of standard hours.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Compensation Details:

65,000 - 71,000 Euro
