Production Supervisor

Job Title: Production Supervisor – Finishing Carpentry

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with a strong background in finishing carpentry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities in the finishing carpentry department.
• Ensure work is completed according to quality standards, specifications, and project deadlines.
• Coordinate and monitor carpenters and production staff to maximize productivity.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and production plans.
• Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and materials.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Coordinate with the production manager and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in finishing carpentry or a related woodworking/manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of finishing carpentry, joinery, furniture, or interior fit-out production.
• Ability to manage production teams and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and production schedules.
• Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage and will be given preference.

Salary: Range from 2500 to 3500 Depending of Experience \& Interview.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
