Creative Style W.L.L. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee all factory operations related to bespoke furniture manufacturing, joinery, and interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will ensure efficient production planning, optimum resource utilization, quality compliance, and timely project delivery while maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage daily production activities to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate with the Project, Design, Procurement, and QA/QC departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise all factory operations, including CNC machining, cutting, assembly, veneering, polishing, painting, upholstery, and packing.
- Monitor production capacity, manpower allocation, and machine utilization.
- Ensure all products are manufactured according to approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency through continuous process improvements.
- Review production progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Coordinate procurement requirements to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Implement and enforce quality and HSE procedures throughout the production process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and KPIs.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate production supervisors and factory staff.
Qualifications \& Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, joinery, or interior fit-out.
- At least 3 years in a Production Manager or Factory Manager role.
