We're looking for a Product Team Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, product management, and team leadership - someone who can balance business sustainability, client growth, and product excellence while guiding both clients and teams toward meaningful outcomes.

Who we are

20tab started 13+ years ago as a software company founded by Python enthusiasts. Today, we're a specialized consulting boutique that designs, develops, and implements outcome-driven digital solutions, applying the best Agile and Product Management practices.

We operate as a Product Team as a Service (PTaaS), bringing together top talent to drive innovation through technical excellence, continuous experimentation, and iterative development.

We're also the founders and co-organizers of Product Management Day, Italy's leading B2B conference on outcome-driven digital product development.

What you'll own

• Financial sustainability of your team, with full P\&L responsibility
• Client portfolio growth, pipeline management, and offering development
• Team capacity, forecasting, and hiring planning
• Vision, strategy, and roadmap co-creation with clients
• Continuous discovery, validation, and delivery alongside teams and clients
• Outcome-driven consulting through the Product Operating Model
• Lean-Agile execution, iterative and incremental by design
• Long-term client relationships built on trust and measurable results

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in consulting roles where client relationships are central
• Background as Team Manager, Product Owner, or similar, in Agile environments
• Strong grasp of business dynamics (finance, pipeline, growth) and product management practices (discovery, delivery, strategy)
• Ability to move fluidly across strategy, operations, and product leadership
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent Italian (main working language); strong English proficiency
