Your new role

As a Product Specialist within CKM Sales, covering the Upper Northeast area—including Udon Thani, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nakhon Phanom, Sakon Nakhon, Nong Bua Lamphu, and Loei — you will be at the forefront of our commercial efforts, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and driving awareness of Novo Nordisk's portfolio. You will support the growth of our business within private clinics and aesthetic clinics. This is a role where scientific knowledge meets commercial impact, and where every conversation you have can make a meaningful difference for patients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Promoting Novo Nordisk's product portfolio to healthcare professionals through scientific, value-based conversations within clinics and aesthetic clinics
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, specialists, clinic owners, aesthetic doctors, nurses and other healthcare stakeholders within your territory
• Developing and executing territory plans aligned with commercial strategy and brand objectives, with a clear focus on clinic and aesthetic clinic customers
• Identifying business opportunities and expanding customer engagement across private clinics and aesthetic clinics
• Staying up to date on therapy area developments, competitor activity, clinic trends and market dynamics to inform your approach
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional colleagues, including medical, marketing and market access teams, to ensure aligned customer engagement
• Capturing and sharing market intelligence and customer insights to contribute to broader commercial decision-making
• Participating in relevant congresses, events and educational meetings to strengthen Novo Nordisk's presence

Your skills \& qualifications

We are looking for someone who combines scientific credibility with genuine commercial drive and a passion for making an impact in healthcare. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or a related field
• Required: Proven experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales within clinics or aesthetic clinics
• Strong understanding of the clinic and aesthetic clinic channel, including the ability to engage physicians, clinic owners and other relevant decision-makers
• Strong scientific acumen with the ability to engage healthcare professionals in credible, evidence-based discussions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric mindset
• A results-oriented approach combined with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory effectively
• Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and regulatory environment relevant to pharmaceutical promotion
