We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of the Branch Hub platform – a critical ServiceNow CSM solution supporting branches and Postmasters through a single, integrated digital experience. This role plays a key part in the Network Operating Model transformation, helping to digitise and automate branch support, improve user experience, and enable scalable, AI-enabled services. Working closely with Product, Technology and business stakeholders, you will translate product vision into actionable delivery, ensuring Branch Hub continues to evolve as the primary digital entry point for branch interactions.
