Alpega Group is seeking our next Product Marketing Manager! If you excel at translating complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions and driving the strategic go-to-market (GTM) vision for B2B SaaS solutions, this role is for you. In this role, you will be the "glue" between Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring our modular solutions are positioned effectively to mid-market and enterprise companies. You will take ownership of product messaging, sales enablement, and launch strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a storyteller who understands the nuances of the supply chain industry and the enterprise buying journey.
This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing. The location is in St. Cugat del Valles, Barcelona.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Messaging \& Positioning: Develop and maintain clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for Alpega’s modular suite. You will transform technical features into value-driven narratives that resonate with C-suite executives and operational leaders alike.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead the planning and execution of product launches and updates. Collaborate with the Growth Campaign team to ensure product news is integrated into multi-channel demand generation efforts and reaches the right audience at the right time.
Sales Enablement: Empower the sales and business development teams by creating high-impact tools, including pitch decks, product sheets, battlecards, and ROI calculators. Act as the subject matter expert to support complex enterprise sales cycles.
Market \& Competitive Intelligence: Act as the "voice of the market." Stay informed on industry trends, analyst reports (such as Gartner), and competitor movements to refine our strategic direction and identify new opportunities for differentiation.
Customer Advocacy \& Content: Collaborate with the Content and Creative team to produce relevant materials that validate our value, including case studies, video testimonials, and whitepapers. Use customer insights to drive retention and expansion messaging.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Product Management to influence the roadmap based on market feedback and with Sales/RevOps to ensure our positioning aligns with revenue goals and lead conversion strategies.
