Responsible for Foods Category (B2C biz)
- Contribute to building and implementing a 360° external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy and vision
- Work with cross functions (local R\&D, 3rd party vendors) to develop local relevant innovation. Must have 5 years+ innovation management experience
- Lead the stakeholders (sales, trade marketing, supply chain...) to formulate Brand Marketing Plan and 4-8 Quarter Activity Plan (including innovation launch ; brand activation...etc.)
- Lead \& integrated among media/digital agencies to deliver set campaign objectives
- Monitor and Control A\&P spending according to the approved budget and lead cross function team to effectively deliver the brand P\&L target
- Conduct business data analysis to facilitate team understanding of brand performance
{Requirement}
- Brand building skills at least 8 yrs+ is a MUST
- Promotion and customer marketing skills including category management and in-store activation
- Consumer \& market insight including consumer and shopper study
- P\&L control experience
- People leadership experience
- Excellent Chinese and English speaking, writing ability (both)
- Familiar with FMCG industry
- Candidate must base in Taiwan
