Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager - Tractors to lead the development and management of our innovative products to meet market needs and drive business growth.

The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and marketing, with a focus on leading the full product life cycle. This position requires liaising with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Production, Service, Service Parts, as well as Dealers and End Users to ensure company goals and customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full tractor product life cycle, from concept and specification through design, launch, and ongoing product improvement.
  • Gather market intelligence through regular interaction with dealers, customers, and end users to identify product needs and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute product strategies and marketing plans aligned with company goals.
  • Work closely with Engineering to define product requirements, specifications, releases, and modifications.
  • Monitor competitive tractor products, pricing, and industry trends and use this information to guide product strategy.
  • Analyze and prioritize product improvement requests and customer feedback.
  • Develop strategic plans, customer targets, and product positioning.
  • Develop product training materials and support product launches.
  • Travel to dealerships, customer locations, farm shows, and other industry events as required.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of Product Management experience, or equivalent progressive experience in a related role.
  • 5+ years of agricultural equipment experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of product and project management principles.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical systems and agricultural equipment.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business software.
  • Post-secondary education in business, engineering, agriculture, or a related field is an asset.
  • Drivers license and ability cross border travel
