What You Will Do

• Lead the new product development for RF connectors, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and sales, to translate customer requirements into actionable product plans.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product development strategies.
• Directly engage into customer communication and advocate for the needs and represent their voice in product development discussions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience in RF Connector
• Strong understanding of RF technology, high-speed signaling, and EMI shielding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Japanese: Native level \| English: Business Level
