About the role
We have an outstanding opportunity for a Product Manager to join Tesco’s Pricing and Promotions team, part of the wider Retail Platform Team. This role will specifically be focused on solving our Price Integrity challenges across the entire Tesco estates; making sure the price is correct and complaint across Tesco stores and online, channels like Whoosh and Marketplace, as well as looking at observability across our UK, ROI and Central Europe businesses. Our mission is to deliver flexible pricing observability capabilities by building a compliant, secure, robust, performant, and scalable platform that ensures accurate pricing of baskets guaranteeing our customers always pay the right amount.
Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will work alongside other Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts and Technical Programme Managers, to help define the vision and strategy for your Product. In the Price Integrity team, you will focus on making sure we’re reliably and robustly present the right price and promotion on every customer transaction, which is a critical function for Tesco, as well as helping solve customer and business problems that span the basket pricing domain and instore capabilities. This is across all the countries where we have stores, and in support of Tesco’s core purpose and values.
We are looking for an ambitious individual who can demonstrate a passion for solving problems, working collaboratively, and embracing technology and change in what is an exciting and broad area. This is a great opportunity to join a team focused on the development of the candidate to learn best practice of Product Management and fulfil their potential.
