You support system activities in a specific process area, including analysis, design, and overseeing the implementation of system changes to increase effectiveness and efficiency aligned with corporate strategies.

How you will contribute

The Product Manager is responsible for all Product matters within their scope, ensuring end-to-end value delivery from ideation to retirement. They develop and maintain a robust understanding of their functional area, aligning product strategy to wider business goals in partnership with the Chief Sustainability Officer's team. They provide direction to the Product Team to translate business requirements into technology and shared service solutions. They are accountable for the financial performance of their Product and responsible for identifying and building necessary capabilities through talent acquisition or training.

  • Deep Domain Expertise: Proven experience in sustainability disciplines (Climate \& Packaging and respective regulations across regions and countries).

  • Strategic \& Collaborative Mindset: Exceptional strategic thinking with attention to detail and results; strong ability to influence stakeholders across a complex, global matrix organization and orchestrate work across multiple products (e.g., R\&D, Supply Chain).
  • Product Management Mastery: Extensive experience across the full product lifecycle with strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Business \& Financial Acumen: Accountability for financial performance, budgetary decisions, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and value creation.

  • Define, implement, and own the short-term and long-term strategy, vision, and roadmaps for the Packaging \& Climate Product, ensuring alignment with business and functional goals.

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to retirement, ensuring continuous value delivery and optimal financial performance.
  • Serve as the primary senior point of contact for business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable technology and shared service solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic vendor partnerships to influence product roadmaps, ensure service delivery excellence, drive innovation, and optimize costs.
  • Champion continuous improvement through data-driven practices, overseeing the automation and digitalization roadmap for sustainability outcomes in packaging \& climate.
  • Establish decision-making processes, manage budgets, ensure security compliance, and mitigate risks across all projects.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor direct reports, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Be an active member of the Product Group Leadership Team.
  • Ensure integration between products and platforms works effectively.
  • Identify and evangelize business and technology trends that can improve business outcomes, working with Innovation teams to deliver proof of value. More about this role

Job specific requirements:

  • 7-10+ years of experience
  • 3+ years of sustainability experience
  • 3+ years product management experience Travel requirements: Per business needs

Work schedule: Full time per local regulations

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $140,300 to $192,940; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.\ \ In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
