Job Description:

• Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for investment products, including mutual funds, ETFs, structured products, and alternative investments within the Consumer Banking Group.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
• Define and prioritize product features and functionalities based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, marketing, legal, compliance, operations) to bring new products and features to market.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Develop and deliver product training to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of investment/ treasury products and markets.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing financial products.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Project management experience is a plus.
