Product Manager (Client Experience)

THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for someone who can anticipate where advice businesses and investment platforms are heading and help us design for that future.

While we are a technology-enabled business, this is not a traditional software product management role. Success in this position comes from understanding the needs of our clients and translating those insights into our platform and product offerings.

You will bring a deep understanding of how advisers, family offices and private wealth clients build, manage and report on wealth, including: adviser workflows, client onboarding, portfolio construction, managed accounts, superannuation, reporting obligations, family group structures and the operational challenges advisers face every day.

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE

Within 12–18 months, you have delivered meaningful improvements to the adviser and investor experience of our platforms and products. Advisers will find our platform more intuitive and better aligned to the way they work, as measured by client surveys.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate adviser and business requirements into product enhancements and initiatives.
• Shape the evolution of our adviser portal, investor portal, mobile applications, reporting and hybrid solutions.
• Identify emerging industry trends and opportunities that enhance adviser and client outcomes.
• Partner with teams across the business to deliver adviser-focused solutions.
